While California does not mandate a state bartending license, we require a minimum of 2 years of professional bartending experience. Completion of a certified bartending school program is strongly preferred. LA events often have sophisticated guests and high-volume service expectations, so proven bartending skill is essential.

Some of our staff work multiple events per week; others take shifts only during peak seasons (awards season, summer, holiday). It's designed to fit into your life, not the other way around.
