With over 1,000 events managed, Grant offers extensive insight and creative direction to ensure elevated experiences always exceed client expectations. Grant’s mission is to ensure he can provide a positive, contemporary work environment for team members while delivering exceptional results and measurable outcomes.
Isabella Galeazzi | Chief Operations Officer
As the current COO of Elevate Events, Isabella brings over five years of experience in managing high-profile clients and events. Throughout her career, she has managed clients such as Nike, Porsche, Ferrari, the Oscars, and the Emmys. To date, she has successfully overseen accounts for over 5,000 clients and more than 2,000 team members annually.
Isabella's goal is to create a warm and positive environment for both her team and clients. She believes in fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere where every team member feels valued and empowered to perform at their best. By prioritizing clear communication and a strong sense of community, she strives to ensure that clients experience not only exceptional service but also a genuine connection with the team.
