Welcome to your trial shift with Eleven8 Events! This is your opportunity to demonstrate that you're a great fit for our team. Review the guidelines below to ensure your success.

To Pass Your Trial Shift

Punctuality

Arrive on time (at least 30 minutes early to allow for check-in and prep).

Uniform Compliance

Wear the correct, clean, and professional uniform as outlined in your shift details.

Preparedness

Confirm your shift on Ubeya, review event details, and map your route before the event.

Initiative

Stay engaged, ask your captain or client what needs to be done when tasks are completed, and maintain a professional demeanor.

Adherence to Policies

Follow all Eleven8 rules regarding phone use, breaks, and behavior on-site.

Effective Communication

Check in with your captain before your shift, follow instructions, and communicate any issues promptly with your booking manager.

Failing Your Trial Shift

Late Arrival

Arriving even one minute late negatively impacts your performance score.

Uniform Issues

Incorrect or incomplete uniform (not wearing required attire, wrinkled/dirty clothing).

Lack of Initiative

Standing around, being on your phone, or not proactively assisting.

Ignoring Instructions

Not following client or captain requests.

Unprofessionalism

Negative attitude, complaints, or failure to maintain a professional demeanor.

No-Call, No-Show

Immediate disqualification and termination.

Failure to Follow Policies

Violating phone, break, or event departure rules.

Final Decision

After your shift, feedback will be collected from your captain and/or the client. If you pass, you'll be eligible for future bookings. If you fail, you will not be invited back to work with Eleven8 Events.
