Requirements:

-Ability to lift and carry up to 44 lbs (for server, PA, and bartender positions)

You review available Houston shifts and take what fits your life. Some team members treat it as their primary income during peak seasons; others use it to supplement other work or fill in around a less predictable schedule. The model is built around your availability — not the other way around.
