Free Guest List Template

After managing so many events, we have gone through every guest list app in the world. Some are good, some are terrible. What we have learned is that you can never go wrong with a classic spreadsheet. Theres something about the simplicity and user friendliness of google sheets that goes unmatched.

On google sheets, you can easily search your guests names, organize your guest list, and share with all your check in workers. Google sheets is also extremely mobile friendly and won’t require your entire staff to download a new app or create a new account on their phones, tablets, or laptops in order to access your events guest list. This will help save you and your staff time and give you guys the space to focus on your guests.
